I feel like writing something.
But then again, i have nothing to write about.
Oh, other than the fact that PMR is just inches away.
But leave that thought out for a while.
Ah, i think now i know what to write about.

Yes, cliche picture. I was aiming for that.
So it's time of the year, where you go back to your grandparents crib. On the way there you sing Raya songs with your parents and siblings in the car. And you'll get stuck on the highway and get butt cramps. You complain, but you know it's going to be worth it all. With that old-school papan house and a large front lawn with chickens in front, soon you reach your Grandparents' house. Relatives everywhere come and welcome you with smiles and open arms. You would have fun with all your cousins and nieces and nephews and whatnot. Make kuih raya, get your pockets filled in with duit raya, play bunga api at night. Yes, cliche picture of it, but true for some lucky people in this world. For some veryvery lucky people in this world.
Yes, Im putting on the green-contact-lenses on.
Yes, im jealous.
No, im not saying im all Anti-Raya, but duuude. I do not like Raya, much. Well, let's see. First of all, i don't have grandparents, not anymore, sigh. So i don't go balik kampung to meet them. Oh wow, slash that one, i don't even have a kampung to start with, my kampung is in Penang, hello! Second, relatives are all growing up. For me, i socialize with boys more when i was young. Now that we're all grown up, we stopped talking. Just like that? Sucks, i know. But that's another fact that i know you yourself wont deny. Third, Mak Teh stopped making kuih raya. Fourth, the gov had banned the oh-so-dangerous-mercun. So that's no more fun of that. Fitfth, i am counted to OLD to qualify for duit raya, so i only get them atas dasar simpati, ptfff pathetic. Not that i care much about the duit raya part, i mean i get all that economy crisis and all. Sixth, i hate going over to people's houses. I am soo not looking forward to answering the "Ohh, so this year PMR la kan? Dah ready? Dah study dah?" question. But that's my version of raya of course. As cliche as this will sound, i'll deal with life later.
Yes, still. I can't wait for raya.
Selamat Hari Raya, everyone.
Maaf Zahir dan Batin. ♥
